Marietta has acquired Packaging Advantage Corp. The combined operation encompasses 1,500 employees and one million square feet of manufacturing and warehouse space, with locations in Cortland, NY, Olive Branch, MS, Chicago and Los Angeles.

As a result of the merger, the venture will have 149 compounding and storage tanks, as well as 80 bottle, tube, jar and packet filling lines. It will have a combined liquid manufacturing capacity of more than 400 batches or approximately 12 million gallons per month.
